A 20,000 square foot tenant space at The Shops at Kenilworth was transformed by SM+P into The Mine — an elevated health and wellness centre housing five unique studios under one roof: Barre, Yoga, Spin, Cross Training, and Pilates. Beyond the studios, the design includes a state-of-the-art open gym, infrared saunas, co-working space, and a juice bar. Wellness facility design has become a specialised discipline where the space is integral to the product being sold — SM+P’s delivery of The Mine demonstrates their capability in this growing sector of the fitness and hospitality design market.
