Originally a mid-century diner, the new location of the Tobacco Leaf Cigar Lounge includes a retail store, large walk-in humidor, and multiple cigar lounges. The front retail space, located in the original dining car, was designed to be reminiscent of a classic diner. Stainless steel wall panels, terrazzo flooring, custom display cases, and a long central display counter echo the building’s past life. Fully clad in spanish cedar, the walk-in humidor showcases a large assortment of premium cigars and pipe tobacco on custom shelving. Flanking the humidor are four separate smoking lounges, each offering varied aesthetics, furnishings and bar options. The large mechanical system, required for such a space, is located above the humidor where it is out of sight yet easily accessible for maintenance.
