SM+P was hired to re-design an existing 6,300sf restaurant space into a totally new restaurant concept.  Located in at a prime corner on Waterfront Street in National Harbor, MD, the space previously housed a restaurant which failed to take full advantage of its water view location.  SM+P re-located and enlarged the main bar to be on-axis with the main entrance, freeing up views of the water from the main dining spaces.  The interior was freshened through the use of a light color palate & natural materials.  The distinct spaces were defined by custom freestanding steel & wood shelving walls to maintain an open feel.  A window facing the water was replaced with a series of garage doors which open to an expanded outdoor deck area.
