Following the success of SM+P’s 2018 renovations, The Maryland Club experienced a significant rise in membership. With growth came demand: SM+P was brought back to transform a former group fitness area into a premium Women’s Locker Room. The space features a lounge, sauna, steam room, marble showers, and custom white oak lockers — materials and textures carefully curated to create a tranquil experience. This project is one of several Maryland Club engagements SM+P has delivered, reflecting the deep, long-standing trust between the firm and one of Baltimore’s most distinguished private institutions.
