A primary bathroom renovation in a Logan Circle condominium in Washington DC demonstrates that SM+P’s design ambition is not limited by project scale. Venetian plaster walls, Moroccan Zellige tile, walnut hardwood, and slate flooring create a limited palette of various textures — each material chosen with intention, every detail resolved with care.
