Located in the historic Bromo Tower Arts & Entertainment District of Baltimore, the Crook Horner Lofts take their name from the original owners, the Crook Horner Company, manufacturers of iron and brass castings. The project is comprised of 15 live-work apartments with dram atic and unusually spacious floor plans coupled with street-level retail that adds new vibrant uses to North Howard Street. The renovation adheres to the Baltimore Green Construction Code and utilizes local, state, and federal historic preservation tax credits.
