This 1900 Shingle Style house located in a National Historic District accommodated at one point, 11 apartments. It was renovated by SM+P Architects in an historically sympathetic manner to become a single family residence as it was originally planned to be. The work entailed implementing new systems and finishes with review and approval by the Maryland Historic Trust. A new 3-car garage was added as well as a new interior ‘open cage’ elevator.
