Charm City Run — a beloved Baltimore running and walking brand — commissioned SM+P to transform a former office space into a 2-storey flagship retail store in Timonium. The vision went beyond retail: the space was conceived as a meeting place for training groups and the local running community. SM+P opened up the floorplate above to create a double-height atrium, and an expansive custom wood shoe display allows for flexibility as the range evolves. A project that translates brand values into spatial experience.
