SM+P designed Double Zero — a 1,400 square foot vegan pizza and wine bar — as the deliberate counterpoint to the adjacent Liora, with a dark colour palette and casual, moody atmosphere. The two restaurants share a back-of-house and bar; a pass-through allows convenient service and a shared view of both spaces. A dramatic wood-clad overhead volume creates a focal point and organises the seating and cooking areas. A custom millwork screen and illuminated wine display define the low dining area, while counter seating facing the pizza oven offers an interactive experience with food preparation.
