SM+P designed Tilted Row — a 2,100 square foot restaurant and bar on the ground floor of The Jordan residential building in Baltimore’s historic Bolton Hill. The space includes a full kitchen, dining room, chef’s counter, and a bar fronting Eutaw Place Park. Framed beadboard ceilings and custom millwork shelving walls define three distinct dining spaces. At the chef’s counter, a brass mesh suspended shelving system serves as a kitchen buffer; handmade ceramic tile envelops the open kitchen and expo station. The white oak back bar is anchored by a custom antique mirror reflecting the greenery of the park — bringing the outdoors in. SM+P specified all furniture.
