Storehouse is a high-end medical marijuana dispensary located in Sabina Mattfeldt adjacent to the Jones Falls. The existing retail space is located on the first level of an existing 2-story building and accommodates 2,630sf of retail and office. Previously, the building was 3 rowhomes which had been retrofitted to accommodate a small mixed-use building. The interior was renovated to allow for cleaner circulation, fewer level changes, and higher ceilings. Steel and glass windows at the main entry draw your sightline to the lofted 2-story sales space which is the highlight of the project. A clean material palate mixed with industrial details and warm finishes offer a nod to an apothecary feel. A new lighting plan, mechanical and plumbing system, and structural details were coordinated for this project.
