This giving Tuesday, help a Baltimore City student become an Architect by donating to the Marvin Pryor Scholarship Fund.

Marvin, a much loved BDS 2020 graduate, was taken from us in 2022 by gun violence. Please consider donating in Marvin’s honor to allow other students like him to fulfill their dream of completing school and becoming an Architect. Link in bio to donate and for more information.

On the boards! The new owner of this New England Colonial requested a renovation and expansion of the 1950s home. The project includes tying in two new wings of the house, matching the unique style while adding a touch of modernity where appropriate.

Construction on our second dispensary project with

Construction on our second dispensary project with a repeat client is underway! With new regulations in Maryland allowing recreational use, this existing dispensary needed more space to meet demand. The new design removes the demising wall and expands into the adjacent retail space and provides 12 point of sale stations for both medical and recreational patients. Construction is divided into 3 phases for this project, allowing the existing business to continue operations during the construction process.
